We celebrate on this Sunday the Feast of the Baptism of the Lord, which ends the liturgical season of Christmas.
Today, we celebrate the great solemnity of the Epiphany, when God reveals himself as God Incarnate, in the person of Jesus Christ. We also give thanksgiving for the Church, which desires to bring all people to the knowledge of the God-Incarnate, Jesus Christ.
What have we come in search of this Christmas night? Perhaps you’ve come to give worship and thanksgiving to the living God, who was born in a stable.

On this Gaudete Sunday of Advent, the Sunday of Joy, I would like to focus with you on the Gospel, St. John the Baptist, and Jesus’ question – “what did you come to look at?”
